   Using her years of study in nutrition and veganism, Tash creates recipes suitable for all lifestyles and cravings.

    Given from personal experience as well as several studies, herbal teas are used as a healing tool to promote relaxation and mental health. With the current state of the world, preparing and sipping these teas daily can help provide comfort and healing. 

Tulsi Tea- helps in maintaining normal levels of the cortisol hormone in the body that is known as the stress hormone. It lowers the levels of cortisol, leaving you stress-free. It is known to subside various symptoms of depression, including anxiety. 

 

 

Nettle Tea-  high in Quercetin, a plant-made antioxidant nettle tea is beneficial to the heart, immune, respiratory, nervous, and digestive systems. Nettle has anti-inflammatory, blood sugar, and insulin balancing affects that protect brain cells and can reverse damage and improve mental function and memory.

Valerian Root Tea- helps to regulate GABA levels (nerve impulses) in the brain. Reducing blood pressure, this tea also helps calm anxiety levels. Keeping serotonin and norepinephrine levels balanced will reduce your stress long term. Valerian root does react with some medications so please check if you're on any prescriptions.

Add all items to juicer. Serve as is or iced

  In small saucepan melt butter. In large skillet or pan coat with oil and add beyond sausages. Cook until about halfway done. add coconut creamer and all spices to butter. let boil for 3 minutes. add broth. boil for 10 minutes on low stirring constantly whisking.Add veggies to beyond meat and cook until all starting to crisp and then add sauce.let simmer on low for 10 minutes stirring every few minutes. Turn off heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  • 3 Hand full Zucchini

  • 3 Hand full Mushroom (Portobello)

  • 2 Beyond Meat Sausages(Spicy)

  • 1/4 Cup Butter (Myokos)

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Creamer (French Vanilla Soy Delicious)

  • 1 t salt

  • 1 t pepper

  • 1 t garlic

  • 1 t onion powder

  • 1 t of 21 seasoning salute (Trader Joe's)

Summer Salad

  • Kale

  • Broccoli

  • Red Onion

  • Cucumber

  • Chickpeas

  • Vegan Mozzarella

  • Avocado

  • Beyond Meat

  • Chia Seeds

  • Pomegranate

  • Balsamic Dressing

Combine ingredients in bowl.Enjoy with Balsalmic dressing.

 Add to blender and add ice if you don't freeze ingredients. Blend to a thick consistency. Add Chia,cocnut shreds, dried mango,and blueberries for toppings.
